Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate and international compliance frameworks to align with domestic and international regulations
• Monitor and assess compliance risks across commercial and international operations
• Partner with the Contracts Manager to ensure agreements align with data protection and export restrictions
• Draft and maintain company-wide policies covering anti-bribery, data privacy, and export control
• Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees
• Lead internal investigations of potential violations and coordinate remediation
• Manage responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, or certifications
• Implement automated compliance monitoring tools
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, and Operations

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience managing compliance programs in regulated industries
• Strong knowledge of anti-corruption, sanctions, export controls, and data privacy
• Experience assessing and mitigating risk in global operations
• Proven success collaborating with legal, HR, and operations teams
• Experience developing policies and conducting investigations
• Proficiency in compliance management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• CCEP, CIPP/E, or CIPP/US certifications
• International experience with diverse legal and regulatory frameworks
