Responsibilities

• Compliance controls & advisory: Monitor client compliance regarding service appropriateness and product eligibility (MiFID II).
• Regulatory compliance: Oversee MiFID II, MiFIR, and MAR market activity surveillance.
• Risk management: Maintain and update the compliance control program and monitor ACPR compliance.
• Regulatory monitoring: Identify non-compliance risks and update control plans within the global risk mapping.
• Leadership & coordination: Identify key issues, mentor junior profiles, and provide content-based reviews.
• Process improvement: Transform findings into concrete actions and drive the digitalization of compliance through AI and automation tools.

Requirements

• Degree from a business school or university in business, law, or finance.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in control functions within an investment firm (AMF supervision, excluding asset management firms).
• At least 4 years of senior-level Compliance experience, including hierarchical or functional management.
• Strong understanding of market order execution and business challenges.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• High analytical capacity and ability to propose solutions.
• Experience in audit is a plus.
