Compliance Intern

Responsibilities

• Contact German merchant partners by phone to remind and motivate them to update regulatory data
• Answer merchant questions about KYC/KYB requirements and guide them through the update process
• Track open cases independently, follow up systematically, and ensure merchants complete updates
• Document conversation status and reachability in internal tools
• Collaborate with the German project team and hand off activated cases to final processing teams

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a university student (Business, Law, Communications, or related preferred)
• Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English for internal communication
• Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
• Customer-oriented mindset with structured, reliable, and goal-driven work habits
• Availability for approximately 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional languages such as Vietnamese, Turkish, or Arabic are highly advantageous
• Interest in fintech compliance, account management, or regulatory operations
