Compliance & Employee Relations Sr. Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct and lead internal investigations regarding policy violations, ethical concerns, and conflicts of interest
• Partner with HR teams to provide technical guidance on compliance cases
• Design and facilitate training programs focused on ethics and the Code of Conduct
• Draft and revise internal policies to align Brazilian labor legislation (CLT) with global guidelines
• Support Employee Relations initiatives including union-related matters and labor relations
• Collaborate with global compliance teams to implement process improvements
• Leverage AI tools and GRC technology for case management and data-driven insights

Requirements

• Degree in Law, HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in Compliance or Employee Relations
• Expertise in Brazilian Labor Law (CLT)
• Experience in internal investigations
• English fluency (Intermediate to Advanced)
• Experience with GRC tools or whistleblowing channels
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced technology environments
