Compliance Data Analytics and Tool Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain high-quality datasets through data gathering, cleaning, and validation to ensure accuracy for reporting.
• Conduct structured data analysis and develop insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Manage user access across compliance tools, including creating, modifying, and deactivating users.
• Execute role assignments based on predefined concepts and maintain user master data quality.
• Administer tool-related tickets, including classification, prioritization, and handling technical inquiries.
• Coordinate with IT and 3rd-level support for escalations and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate complex cases, non-standard scenarios, and policy deviations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems/IT, Risk & Compliance, or a comparable qualification.
• 2-4 years of experience in Data Analysis, IT support, or system administration.
• Expert knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
• Proficiency in Office 365 applications.
• Experience in user and access management processes and ticket/incident handling.
• Ability to work with international teams and an understanding of different cultures.
• Willingness to work a mid-shift schedule depending on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in engaging with Compliance-related topics.
• Experience in developing KPIs and other quality measures.
• Ability to facilitate team meetings to share best practices and lead process improvement initiatives.
