About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and support automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, AI agents, and OneTrust
  • Develop end-to-end workflow automations including email, API, and file-based processes
  • Build automations using Python, Azure Logic Apps, and related technologies
  • Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Power Platform
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks for reporting solutions
  • Support surveillance tools from a functionality and analytics perspective
  • Partner with Compliance SMEs to convert business requirements into technical solutions
  • Maintain process documentation, reference guides, and automation inventories

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in automation, dashboard design, data validation, and analytics
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Knowledge of AI/ML techniques including anomaly detection, NLP, and predictive analytics
  • Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx, or UiPath

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in data analytics or visualization tools
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data science certifications
  • Experience or certification in AI prompt engineering
  • Working knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations
