Compliance Associate

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end policy lifecycle, including identifying gaps, drafting documents, and maintaining a version-controlled policy library.
• Standardize language, structure, and formatting across the policy suite to ensure consistency and accurate cross-referencing.
• Manage document update tracking, review schedules, and authorization processes.
• Utilize automation and AI tools to improve the efficiency and scalability of policy management.
• Contribute to core compliance activities, such as Code of Ethics monitoring and assessments.
• Collaborate with the London compliance team and the broader global compliance department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience in policy, compliance, governance, legal, or regulatory writing.
• Exceptional written English with strong editorial and proofreading skills.
• Working knowledge of regulatory monitoring, risk assessment, and Code of Ethics obligations.
• Experience managing a policy library or document management system.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical in execution.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within financial services or a highly regulated industry.
• Familiarity with AI-powered writing tools or workflow automation (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate).
• Experience working within a global compliance team across multiple jurisdictions.
• Project management skills and experience with document management platforms.
• Familiarity with the multi-manager or alternative investment management model.
