Compliance Associate

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the applicability, structuring, and implementation of CSR under the Companies Act, 2013
• Assist in drafting and reviewing CSR policies, project proposals, and board reports
• Monitor client compliance with CSR expenditure thresholds and reporting requirements
• Prepare and maintain documentation for Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including resolutions and minutes
• Manage MCA filings such as DIR-3 KYC, MGT-7, AOC-4, and PAS-6
• Maintain statutory registers and internal compliance trackers for group entities
• Research compliance aspects of various laws and their implications on independent and group entities

Requirements

• Qualified Company Secretary (ACS)
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in CSR compliance or corporate secretarial functions
• In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, specifically CSR provisions
• Familiarity with the MCA21 portal, e-filing of forms, and ROC procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to NGO compliance, CSR project assessment, or impact reporting
• Knowledge of FCRA, SEBI LODR, or other relevant regulatory frameworks
• Experience using compliance automation tools or entity management systems
