Responsibilities

• Support the organization’s compliance framework and risk-management standards
• Assist with the implementation and monitoring of AI and automation initiatives within Compliance
• Create and maintain Compliance training modules and support staff training delivery
• Administer and maintain the Compliance Management System and Learning Management System
• Perform various ad hoc and ongoing compliance tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline preferred
• Strong interest in building a career in Compliance within financial services
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized, proactive, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and within a global team
• Right to work in London, United Kingdom is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant internship experience in Compliance, Risk, Legal, or Governance
• Exposure to Compliance Management Systems (CMS) or Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience with AI or automation tools
