Compliance and Legal Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support organization and control of documents and contracts
• Assist in tracking internal processes and demands
• Help update area databases and controls
• Contribute to administrative activities related to governance and compliance
• Support organization of materials and internal communications
• Interact with different areas to understand compliance and legal support in the business

Requirements

• Interest in starting a career in Compliance or Legal
• Currently attending high school or early undergraduate studies (Law, Business Administration, or related fields)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Organization and attention to detail
• Commitment and responsibility
• Ability to work in teams and handle structured routines

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in regulatory topics, ethics, and governance
• Basic knowledge of legislation or corporate environments
• Academic experience with research, projects, or legal content
• Familiarity with document organization and controls
