Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain controls related to ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2, and ISO 42001 standards
• Ensure compliance with LGPD and GDPR in collaboration with the legal team
• Plan and execute governance rituals, including critical analysis meetings, access reviews, and control testing
• Create and manage an annual compliance calendar to ensure recertification deadlines are met
• Lead internal and external audit processes by preparing evidence and coordinating action plans
• Technically validate that controls are operational and suggest practical improvements

Requirements

• Practical experience with security and privacy frameworks
• Strong sense of ownership and a hands-on profile for executing tasks and documenting processes
• High level of organization to manage calendars and multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid background with ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 frameworks
• Experience with SOC 2 certification and ISO 42001 (AI Management)
• Mastery of LGPD and GDPR
• ISO Lead Auditor, CIPP, or CIPM certifications
• Experience with ITIL
