Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage customs documentation for temporary and definitive imports and exports
• Oversee special operations, including virtuals, change of regime, and regularization
• Handle US Customs documentation, Prosec, Rule 8th, and certificates of origin
• Perform audits and validation of customs documents, procedures, catalogs, and payments
• Ensure strict adherence to Annex 24 and Annex 31 regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in International Trade and Customs with a focus on Annex 24 systems
• 1+ years of experience in a Compliance, Legal, or Logistics environment
• Strong knowledge of Annex 31 and Annex 24 regulations
• Proficiency with ERP systems and interfaces
• Solid understanding of customs laws and regulations
• Proven experience in auditing processes
