Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for regulators within the Compliance team
• Support the collection and filing of regulatory compliance reporting for licensed entities
• Educate and coach staff on compliance best practices and design mandatory training
• Coordinate compliance-related reviews and audits from third parties
• Manage end-to-end compliance questionnaires, including DDQs, ESG surveys, and regulatory requests
• Build and maintain compliance reporting dashboards using Anthropic Claude and other AI tools to automate workflows and generate structured artefacts

Requirements

• Experience in compliance, regulatory reporting, or second-line risk within payments, fintech, or financial services
• Experience managing regulatory reporting cycles and end-to-end audit processes
• Hands-on experience using Anthropic Claude or equivalent LLM tools for automation and dashboarding
• Proven track record managing third-party due-diligence questionnaires (DDQs)
• Working knowledge of AML/CTF frameworks and sanctions screening (OFAC, EU, UK HMT/OFSI)
• Familiarity with global payments regulatory frameworks like PSD2/PSD3 and AMLD5/6
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
• ICA Certificate/Diploma in Compliance, CAMS, CRCM, or equivalent professional certification
