Compliance Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and standards to determine if activities or transactions are non-compliant or potentially suspicious
• Investigate alerts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
• Undertake ad hoc project work and Financial Crime program enhancements
• Work closely with the Financial Crimes team to stay up to date on industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional work experience in BSA/AML, Sanctions, or KYC
• Experience in a financial services company is a plus
• Strong understanding of BSA/AML and Sanctions Program requirements
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Snowflake, Excel, and visualization software (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
• Exceptional judgment, organizational, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications such as CAMS, CFE, or CIA
