Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Integrate and provide evidence of executed controls related to economic competition, data protection, and financial crime regulations.
• Support the update of training and dissemination programs regarding regulatory compliance for GNP and its subsidiaries.
• Assist in managing audits, compliance working groups, and responding to regulatory authority requirements.
• Create management dashboards to identify unusual data and behaviors to support corrective actions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide timely responses to official communications from regulatory authorities.
• Manage diverse requests through the Compliance Directorate's general communication channels.

Requirements

• At least 50% completed credits in Criminalistics, Law, or Economic-Administrative studies.
• Knowledge of corporate ethics and policies.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
• Skills in statistical analysis and information processing.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, legal, auditing, or internal control.
• Familiarity with the insurance sector and CUSF (Circular Única de Seguros y Fianzas) is a plus.
