Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain adequate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
• Perform surveillance and monitoring of trading activity
• Train and induct staff on compliance protocols
• Document new policies and administer existing ones
• Manage regulatory reporting and communication
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of key compliance areas
• Proficiency with spreadsheets
• Superior attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently
