Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform automated surveillance of compliance and trade practices by reviewing daily reports and responding to inquiries
• Manage the onboarding process for new broker relationships
• Respond to KYC (Know Your Customer) requests
• Draft internal risk and compliance policies
• Research emerging regulatory areas, including cryptocurrency regulation and international/cross-border rules

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0-3 years of experience in a compliance and/or regulatory position
• Strong understanding of trading and financial services compliance
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work 5 days per week onsite at our Chicago office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle highly sensitive/confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with broker-dealers or in proprietary trading environments
