Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the development of new compliance process documentation, policies, and plans
• Develop compliance assessments and supporting documentation to ensure regulatory obligations are met
• Create key performance indicators (KPIs) to support compliance enforcement and risk mitigation
• Analyze and track performance data to support organizational compliance goals
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess internal needs and identify solutions
• Support the analysis and design of business processes across Customer Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal
• Perform gap analyses and provide solution recommendations to improve operational efficiency
• Diagnose and document issues and risks using Quality Assurance (QA) practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of related experience in compliance, data analysis, or a similar field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with data visualization and business analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Tableau
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
