Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct sanctions screening reviews for customers, brokers, vendors, and transactions
• Review and analyze alerts from sanctions and watchlist screening systems
• Investigate potential matches against global sanctions lists including OFAC
• Determine if alerts are false positives or require escalation
• Document investigations, findings, and decisions accurately
• Escalate potential true matches or high-risk cases to leadership
• Support ongoing monitoring activities and periodic reviews
• Collaborate with business, operations, legal, and compliance teams

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in sanctions screening or risk management
• Familiarity with sanctions regulations and watchlists (OFAC etc.)
• Experience using screening or case management tools
• High attention to detail and risk-based decision-making skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services environments
• Bachelor's Degree
