Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review expert call transcripts to detect and resolve instances of material nonpublic and confidential information
• Complete due diligence reviews of calls and document violations comprehensively
• Escalate non-compliance with sourcing guidelines as necessary
• Conduct advanced research of financial reports and regulatory filings using internal and external resources
• Manage internal and external communications in a fast-paced environment
• Perform administrative tasks including data input and workflow tracking to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in research, compliance, legal support, or operations (e.g., paralegal, legal assistant, analyst, or BPO/editorial specialist)
• Acute attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal English fluency
• Strong reading comprehension and proofreading skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment
