Compliance Account Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding for compliance engagements
• Coordinate and track SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and other compliance projects
• Draft and edit information security policies and procedures
• Collect, organize, and validate evidence documentation
• Schedule and document client meetings and manage follow-up tasks
• Maintain and update client records within CRM and compliance management platforms
• Monitor client project timelines and internal deliverables
• Collaborate across sales, compliance, engineering, and audit support teams
• Assist in preparing client reports and progress updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Interest in learning cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
• Basic understanding of CRM or GRC software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Vanta, Drata)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
