Complex Projects Order Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete order implementation process for complex major service projects, from order entry in SAP to customer invoicing.
• Serve as the primary internal and external customer interface to ensure clear communication of project requirements.
• Collaborate with back-office functions including supply management, engineering, marketing, and project management to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage complex project orders and repair orders, ensuring all customer needs are met effectively.
• Maintain strong networking channels with key stakeholders such as Sales, Contracts, Export Control Compliance, and Freight Forwarders.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics to proactively address challenges and maintain timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business management, engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of customer service experience within the power generation services industry.
• Proficiency in SAP, specifically with the Sales & Distribution (SD) module.
• Solid understanding of the order-to-cash concept and supply chain processes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical product documents.
• General understanding of Gas Turbine, Generator, and Steam Turbine parts and materials.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
