Complex Program Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-year integrated planning program covering service, network, fleet, yard, and crew planning.
• Ensure all services and deliverables are executed against agreed timeframes, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and document the Quality Management Plan and maintain the delivery register.
• Own the integrated program schedule, including tasks, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
• Manage risks, issues, and actions through a live register and implement proactive mitigation plans.
• Define stakeholder roles and responsibilities and lead project, steering, and executive committee meetings.
• Apply structured change control procedures for any deviations affecting scope, schedule, or budget.
• Partner with enterprise and solution architects to ensure resilient, secure, and performant system architecture.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in delivering large-scale, complex programs.
• Proven leadership of multi-phase enterprise programs specifically within the Freight Rail Industry (Trains).
• Deep expertise in program governance, quality management planning, and formal acceptance processes.
• Experience managing integration programs with multiple external integration points and master data governance.
• Strong track record in risk and issue leadership and managing executive steering forums.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.
• Experience with release-based delivery and maintaining traceability from requirements to build.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dassault’s Quintiq solution is highly advantageous.
