Complex Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans and targeted multi-channel campaigns to increase brand visibility and market share
• Partner with Operations, Food & Beverage, and Sales teams to design promotional campaigns that drive incremental revenue
• Act as the primary liaison for advertising and PR agencies, overseeing creative development and media planning
• Oversee social media strategy, digital content curation, and online reputation management across all business units
• Manage digital advertising, email marketing, and performance-driven channels to ensure alignment with brand voice
• Lead crisis communication planning and maintain relationships with local media and high-impact influencers
• Coordinate the production and distribution of all printed marketing collateral and in-house signage
• Produce monthly marketing performance reports highlighting ROI, campaign results, and strategic insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-unit environments
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and online distribution channels
• Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and performance analytics tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives
• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
• Established relationships with press, media, and influencer networks
