Complex Director of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans and multi-channel activations to drive revenue and brand visibility
• Partner with Operations, F&B, and Sales teams to design promotional campaigns for in-house guests and business units
• Act as the primary liaison for advertising and PR agencies, overseeing creative development and media planning
• Oversee social media content curation, digital advertising, and online reputation management
• Lead crisis communication planning and manage influencer engagement and media relations
• Manage the production and distribution of all printed marketing collateral and in-house signage
• Produce monthly marketing performance reports highlighting ROI, campaign results, and strategic insights
• Ensure all digital content and communications align with brand standards and commercial objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-unit environments
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and online distribution channels
• Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and performance analytics tools
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and meet deadlines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling brand narratives

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
• Established relationships with local press, media, and influencer networks
