NurtureCare is commissioned to support both children and young adults with complex health and additional health needs within the home environment.
Responsibilities
- Chest management
- Moving and handling including the use of a hoist and slide sheets
- Aiding with morning and night time routines including personal care, dressing and washing
- Administering medication
- Assisting with eating and drinking
Requirements
- Level 2/Level 3 qualification in health and social care or equivalent
- Previous experience working with complex care
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Driving Licence
- Experience with personal care and moving and handling
