About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care for a client who has suffered a stroke
- Support the client through daily activities and social engagements
- Accompany the client to social events, large gatherings, and potential travel abroad
- Maintain patience, resilience, and consistency when managing challenging behaviors
- Ensure the client's safety and well-being in various social environments
Requirements
- Previous experience in community care is essential
- Experience managing and supporting individuals with challenging behaviors
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to use various moving and handling equipment
