Complex Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for a client who has suffered a stroke
• Support the client through daily activities and social engagements
• Accompany the client to social events, large gatherings, and potential travel abroad
• Maintain patience, resilience, and consistency when managing challenging behaviors
• Ensure the client's safety and well-being in various social environments

Requirements

• Previous experience in community care is essential
• Experience managing and supporting individuals with challenging behaviors
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Ability to use various moving and handling equipment
