Completion Company Representative

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all internal Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and local legislation.
• Promote safe work practices and supervise both internal personnel and contractors regarding safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare incident and accident reports and propose necessary corrective actions.
• Review operational programs and maintain constant communication with well engineers, G&G clients, and contractors.
• Monitor operations to ensure task sequences align with the program and minimize Non-Productive Time (NPT).
• Coordinate logistics and supervise field activities of contractors and subcontractors.
• Verify the status and inspection of materials, equipment, tools, and personnel.
• Generate daily reports and data entries in DataWell and other active systems.
• Maintain regular communication with the Real Time Operations Center (RTOC) and well engineers regarding any abnormalities or incidents.
• Conduct workplace audits and proactively close out actions resulting from deviations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Unconventional Reservoirs (NOC).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Company Representative for other operators, OR at least 5 years of experience in Fracturing, Wireline, or Coiled Tubing service companies.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and environmental control.
• Ability to coordinate complex logistics and supervise third-party contractors in the field.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to interact effectively with monitoring centers (RTOC) to facilitate decision-making.
