About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain completion and turnover system data and reporting
- Track and support punch list categorization and closure
- Coordinate dossier compilation with QC, engineering, and commissioning teams
- Validate handover pack completeness and acceptance readiness
- Support system and sub-system handover strategy and scheduling
Requirements
- Experience in completion and turnover within EPC or industrial projects
- Strong documentation control and coordination skills
- Familiarity with commissioning handover workflows
- Proficient in Excel and reporting capabilities
- Fluent in English
- Eligibility to work in Belgium (EU)
