Complete Vehicle Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project planning for complete vehicle deliveries, including test object construction, functional testing, and field testing.
• Plan and monitor verification and validation (V&V) needs for medium, bus, and heavy vehicles within cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate local and global projects, managing global teams to deliver complex solutions while maintaining a customer focus.
• Act as the "voice of the customer" within projects to ensure product solutions meet specific needs and attribute targets.
• Lead Latin American V&V requirements for global platform projects, connecting local and global teams.
• Provide project recommendations based on V&V plans and attribute status.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation actions to minimize impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Software, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Strong and relevant experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience in Change Management initiatives.
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product development.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
