Competitive Intelligence Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Competitive Intelligence to translate strategy into repeatable analyses and GTM enablement
• Own high-priority competitor deep dives, market landscape reviews, and pricing analyses
• Create executive-ready insights to inform product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and investment decisions
• Develop competitive messaging, objection handling, and battlecards for Sales and Marketing
• Monitor competitor product launches, model releases, acquisitions, and funding activity
• Synthesize complex market information into clear implications and decision-ready narratives
• Partner with Product Management to identify differentiation and competitive gaps
• Build and maintain dashboards and knowledge repositories for competitive movements

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, product strategy, or strategy consulting
• Experience scaling a competitive intelligence function in a high-growth technology company
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, AI platforms, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure
• Exceptional analytical and structured thinking skills
• Experience producing executive-facing strategic analyses and presentations
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable recommendations
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI, machine learning, or foundation models
• Familiarity with benchmarking methodologies and win/loss programs
• Background in management consulting or product marketing
• Experience building reporting systems or knowledge repositories
