Compensation Survey Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide compensation survey and consulting support to clients in Ireland
• Build and manage strong client relationships with participants and prospects across various industries
• Support the development and continuous improvement of surveys and data analytics offerings
• Deliver compensation-related project work, including salary benchmarking, reward reviews, and pay assessments
• Translate data into clear and actionable insights for clients
• Work collaboratively with internal teams on project planning, data validation, job matching, and reporting
• Support client engagement through presentations, meetings, and ongoing communication
• Contribute to commercial activities by supporting survey pricing and identifying growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate project data and documentation to ensure quality and consistency

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in data management or strong numeracy with data analysis and interpretation skills
• Proven client relationship management skills with a dedication to customer service
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including comfort communicating with senior managers
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
• Ability to manage individual workload while collaborating effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with databases or statistical tools
• Previous experience managing an HR system or a pay review process
• A desire to build deep expertise in compensation, benefits, and the broader HR environment
