About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage long-term compensation programs including equity-linked schemes
- Operate Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) including deposit/withdrawal and loan management
- Manage compensation data using QuotaBook and HRIS (Workday)
- Extract, compile, and analyze compensation data
- Provide communication and guidance to employees regarding stock options and ESOP
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or compensation
- Proficiency in Excel and data handling
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders
- Ability to travel overseas
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in stock options, ESOP, or payroll operations
- Deep understanding of equity systems and related laws
- Experience in fast-paced IT or gaming environments
- Experience using Workday or QuotaBook
- English communication skills for global studio collaboration
