About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage long-term compensation programs including equity-linked schemes
  • Operate Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) including deposit/withdrawal and loan management
  • Manage compensation data using QuotaBook and HRIS (Workday)
  • Extract, compile, and analyze compensation data
  • Provide communication and guidance to employees regarding stock options and ESOP

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or compensation
  • Proficiency in Excel and data handling
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders
  • Ability to travel overseas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in stock options, ESOP, or payroll operations
  • Deep understanding of equity systems and related laws
  • Experience in fast-paced IT or gaming environments
  • Experience using Workday or QuotaBook
  • English communication skills for global studio collaboration
