About the role
Responsibilities
- Support high-volume compensation operations including offer modeling and production
- Manage year-end processes and various operational workflows
- Participate in market data surveys and conduct compensation deep dives on job families
- Build and maintain compensation models in Google Sheets using complex formulas
- Analyze candidate long-term incentive structures such as RSU vesting and buyout valuations
- Communicate compensation philosophy and walk through offers directly with candidates
- Collaborate across HR functions including Recruiting, HRBP, and HR Operations
Requirements
- 2-5 years of compensation-specific experience or related HR roles
- Proficiency in data manipulation and building complex models in Google Sheets or Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy with sensitive data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes of work
Preferred Qualifications
- Compensation consulting experience
- Interest in learning light coding to support internal tools
