About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with global field locations to administer compensation programs aligned with corporate policy.
  • Create job descriptions, conduct job evaluations, and determine U.S. FLSA exemption status.
  • Participate in industry-related compensation surveys to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Provide administrative support for short-term incentive plans, including forfeiture analyses and auditing.
  • Conduct periodic compensation data audits in Workday and support plan configuration.
  • Develop and monitor global salary ranges to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Assist with the annual focal compensation planning process, including merit budget analysis and incentive payouts.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and international compensation laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3+ years of compensation experience within a multinational environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday Compensation.
  • Completion of or progress towards Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
