About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end administration of commission payouts for approximately 1,500 employees
  • Review and respond to internal commission inquiries and Jira tickets
  • Prepare detailed quarterly analyses regarding employee variance from compensation targets and quota attainment
  • Assist with financial modeling and scenario analyses for new commission plans
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, HR, Legal, and Accounting teams
  • Create executive-ready summaries of key findings and proposed compensation changes
  • Document internal commission policies and maintain knowledge base articles
  • Support the rollout and administration of sales incentive compensation plans
  • Templatize recurring analyses and presentations for global leadership

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in finance, analytics, operations, or a related field
  • Strong Excel skills for building and maintaining complex models
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with sensitive data
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex commission concepts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Experience with Jira or Anaplan is a plus
