Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI. We are singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack by acquiring power, designing and building data centers, and operating them.

Responsibilities

  • Partner strategically with leadership as a trusted compensation advisor to shape pay strategy
  • Own annual and off-cycle compensation planning processes end-to-end
  • Design and maintain compensation tools, models, and resources for cross-functional use
  • Conduct rigorous competitive benchmarking using tools like Radford, Mercer, or Levels.fyi
  • Design and improve compensation and incentive structures competitive against top AI and tech companies
  • Support performance cycles to ensure compensation alignment with reviews and promotions
  • Build and maintain data-driven dashboards for pay equity, offer competitiveness, and retention risk

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in compensation or a related HR function
  • Demonstrated ownership of compensation planning cycles and program design
  • Proven ability to drive compensation planning in alignment with business strategy
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in tech, AI, or infrastructure markets
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to build complex compensation models
  • Track record of leveraging market data for benchmarking and calibration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background at high-growth tech companies or startups
  • Experience in AI, cloud/infrastructure, or data centers
  • Experience designing incentive and equity programs (private vs. public frameworks)
  • Exposure to compensation work in a pre-IPO or rapid-scaling environment
