About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional compensation programs across North and South America (NASA).
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation-related decisions and strategy.
  • Manage salary structures, market benchmarking, job evaluations, and annual compensation review processes.
  • Support promotions, salary adjustments, organizational changes, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness across multiple countries.
  • Lead regional compensation projects focused on process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze compensation trends and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
  • Lead and develop the Compensation Specialist while promoting collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation and/or Total Rewards.
  • Experience supporting multiple countries within a regional or global organization.
  • Strong expertise in compensation strategy, salary structures, market benchmarking, and pay equity.
  • Advanced analytical skills with advanced Excel and HRIS experience (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP, or Oracle).
  • Advanced English fluency is required.
  • Professional Spanish is highly desirable and strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading compensation transformation or process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience leading or mentoring compensation professionals.
  • Proficiency in French and/or Portuguese is considered an asset.
