About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead regional compensation programs across North and South America (NASA).
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation-related decisions and strategy.
- Manage salary structures, market benchmarking, job evaluations, and annual compensation review processes.
- Support promotions, salary adjustments, organizational changes, and incentive programs.
- Ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness across multiple countries.
- Lead regional compensation projects focused on process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze compensation trends and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Lead and develop the Compensation Specialist while promoting collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation and/or Total Rewards.
- Experience supporting multiple countries within a regional or global organization.
- Strong expertise in compensation strategy, salary structures, market benchmarking, and pay equity.
- Advanced analytical skills with advanced Excel and HRIS experience (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP, or Oracle).
- Advanced English fluency is required.
- Professional Spanish is highly desirable and strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading compensation transformation or process improvement initiatives.
- Experience leading or mentoring compensation professionals.
- Proficiency in French and/or Portuguese is considered an asset.
