Compensation Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead market pricing and benchmarking efforts, including survey completion, job evaluations, and leveling processes.
• Own core compensation programs, such as the annual compensation cycle.
• Support international expansion efforts by designing and launching compensation programs in new markets.
• Manage compensation reporting, analytics, and data integrations.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to address compensation-related inquiries.
• Develop compensation educational materials and enablement content for the organization.
• Continuously assess and improve programs to align with market trends and the overarching Total Rewards strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the compensation domain.
• Direct experience with market pricing, benchmarking, and leading compensation cycles.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong experience using analytics and data visualization software (e.g., Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI).
• Familiarity with broad-based compensation programs including base pay, bonus, equity, and incentive plans.
• Proven ability to build and scale programs from 0 to 1 in a high-growth environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and HR leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using compensation tools such as Pave, Carta, or UKG.
• Previous experience owning a core compensation program end-to-end.
• Knowledge of international compensation dynamics.
• Experience engaging with and influencing executive audiences.
