Compensation Intern

Responsibilities

• Develop a diagnostic of the current salary competitiveness process to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Build functional analysis and tracking tools to optimize information consolidation within the Compensation Department.
• Apply technological tools, including programming and AI, to reduce operational times and improve report quality.
• Document new workflows and analysis criteria to ensure process replicability.
• Propose technology-driven improvements for other departmental processes.
• Present project progress and results to the Compensation team.

Requirements

• Current student in Technology or Data-related careers (Systems, IT, Data Science, Software, Analytics, or similar).
• Expected graduation date of June 2027 or later.
• Conversational English skills.
• Availability to work 6 hours daily.
• Proficiency in Excel and data management.
• Notions of programming languages.
• Experience or interest in using AI tools applied to business processes.
• Analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset.
