Compensation Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze the compensation structure of the group's companies according to market best practices and organizational objectives
• Design and develop compensation programs, bonuses, and other incentives
• Advise business unit leaders on compensation issues and organizational structures
• Administer bonus and commission systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and incentive policies
• Assist in the design, review, and adjustment of internal compensation policies
• Generate strategies for compliance with the group's vacation plan
• Prepare and control the payroll budget, monitoring any deviations that may arise

Requirements

• Professional degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related roles and 4 years in Compensation in general
• Knowledge of compensation management, organizational design, and labor legislation
• Advanced Excel skills
• Intermediate English
