About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and delivery of end-to-end Total Rewards solutions across the EMEAI region to enhance employee experience.
- Manage regional benefits operations, including benefit portals, benchmarking, insurance programs (medical, pension, life, accident), and wellbeing initiatives.
- Oversee regional compensation operations, including remuneration surveys, market benchmarking, and the pay-planning cycle.
- Engage with third-party providers to develop and review the suite of Total Rewards services.
- Address escalated HR inquiries and act as a reviewer/approver for relevant transactions.
- Provide insights to continuously improve Knowledge Base and Case Management content.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or related HR/Finance roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
- Knowledge of Power Apps.

- Strong analytical, innovative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with urgency in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent planning, organization, and collaborative skills.
- Demonstrated ability to support continuous digital process improvement.
- Fluency in English.
