About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and delivery of end-to-end Total Rewards solutions across the EMEAI region to enhance employee experience.
  • Manage regional benefits operations, including benefit portals, benchmarking, insurance programs (medical, pension, life, accident), and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Oversee regional compensation operations, including remuneration surveys, market benchmarking, and the pay-planning cycle.
  • Engage with third-party providers to develop and review the suite of Total Rewards services.
  • Address escalated HR inquiries and act as a reviewer/approver for relevant transactions.
  • Provide insights to continuously improve Knowledge Base and Case Management content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or related HR/Finance roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
  • Knowledge of Power Apps.

  • Strong analytical, innovative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with urgency in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and collaborative skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to support continuous digital process improvement.
  • Fluency in English.
