Compensation & Benefits Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support compensation & benefits analysis and management across multiple countries
• Assist in salary benchmarking, market data analysis, and compensation reviews
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR and business stakeholders
• Maintain and validate compensation and employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support annual reward processes, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and incentive programs
• Collaborate on projects related to HR digitalization, automation, and process improvement
• Assist in developing dashboards and reporting solutions to provide actionable workforce insights
• Explore and leverage AI-powered tools to improve reporting efficiency and data analysis

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Interest in AI tools and technologies for data analysis and automation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Economics, Finance, or Data Analytics
• Ability to sign an internship agreement with your school/university

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or other reporting and visualization tools
• Previous internship or academic projects involving data analysis or HR analytics
• Interest in compensation, benefits, people analytics, or reward strategy
