Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage variable compensation campaigns for Operations (points of sale and sales force)
• Coordinate annual salary revision campaigns in collaboration with HR teams and operational managers
• Propose evolutions for compensation schemes, tools, and practices
• Provide recommendations based on internal equity, consistency, and market competitiveness
• Support HR and operational teams on compensation and benefits topics (savings schemes, health, and providence)
• Participate in job grading processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of C&B processes and tools using SAP and Beqom

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in HR, Finance, Statistics, or Management Control
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Social Management Control, or Remuneration
• Solid understanding of C&B fundamentals
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and HR data tools
• Professional English proficiency
• Experience with job grading (Hay Method or equivalent) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and proactive mindset
