About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits policies and programs
- Maintain compensation and benefits policies and provide knowledge base to local HR team
- Partner with HR team to provide compensation and benefits expertise to people managers
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to analyze competitive salary information
- Review statutory requirements governing compensation and benefits administration
- Partner with Total Rewards team across countries to support global programs
- Manage large regional benefits programs and lead change management for new initiatives
- Support supplier relationship management across APAC including performance reviews and risk assessment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- 8 years of related experience in Human Resources
- 5+ years in Compensation, Benefits, or HR program management
- Strong analytical skills for data extraction and translation into action
- Ability to lead benefits design and adaptation processes
- Strong learning agility in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
