About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits policies and programs
  • Maintain compensation and benefits policies and provide knowledge base to local HR team
  • Partner with HR team to provide compensation and benefits expertise to people managers
  • Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to analyze competitive salary information
  • Review statutory requirements governing compensation and benefits administration
  • Partner with Total Rewards team across countries to support global programs
  • Manage large regional benefits programs and lead change management for new initiatives
  • Support supplier relationship management across APAC including performance reviews and risk assessment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • 8 years of related experience in Human Resources
  • 5+ years in Compensation, Benefits, or HR program management
  • Strong analytical skills for data extraction and translation into action
  • Ability to lead benefits design and adaptation processes
  • Strong learning agility in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
