About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support for the Compensation & Benefits team
- Format employee resumes and support document editing
- Process employee data and complete data entry in HR systems
- Process new hire paperwork and complete verifications of employment
- Perform electronic document filing and faxing
- Maintain departmental databases
- Support Analysts and Managers on ad-hoc requests and projects
- Handle sensitive and confidential employee information
- Provide excellent customer service to all employees
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a professional setting
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
