About the role
Responsibilities
- Contribute to compensation cycle activities including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and long-term incentive campaigns
- Provide compensation package benchmarks and recommendations to regional HRBPs
- Coordinate regional compensation surveys
- Create reporting and dashboards in collaboration with the People Analytics lead
- Participate in ad-hoc studies and projects related to Compensation & Benefits
- Support the animation and training of the HR community on C&B topics
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) specializing in Human Resources or Compensation & Benefits
- Professional English proficiency (C1 level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Knowledge of HRIS tools is appreciated
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- High level of confidentiality and professional rigor
