About the role
Responsibilities
- Verify the reliability of HRIS data to support various group processes
- Assist the reporting officer with requests regarding headcount, absenteeism, and other metrics
- Respond to legal surveys and mandatory reporting (Social Balance Sheet, DPEF, Gender Equality Index, etc.)
- Contribute to the calculation of individual profit-sharing and incentive amounts
- Provide support to HR stakeholders regarding ad-hoc requests
- Participate in salary benchmarking and compensation studies for new hires
- Contribute to the evolution and updating of internal processes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with numbers
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations
- Fluency in English
- Rigorous, autonomous, and a strong team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous professional experience in a similar HR or data-driven role
