Compensation, Benefits and HR Controlling Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Supervise the compensation system, including proposing rates, bonus systems, and benefits
• Perform job evaluation and monitor trends in compensation and additional benefits
• Collaborate with external providers regarding employee benefits
• Coordinate work related to the development and administration of compensation and benefit tools
• Create and administer internal regulations regarding compensation, bonuses, and benefits, and communicate them to the organization
• Prepare HR indicator reports and analyses for management
• Analyze personnel costs, create, and monitor the implementation of compensation, bonus, and benefit budgets
• Collaborate and negotiate with Trade Unions

Requirements

• Higher education (economics preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits
• Knowledge of creating compensation and benefits policies
• English language proficiency at minimum B1 level
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of HR systems such as SAP
• Ability to organize own work and supervise a team
