Compensation & Benefits Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare salary scales for annual and mid-year reviews, including market data gathering and impact analysis
• Coordinate with salary survey providers for data submissions and job matching
• Participate in the planning and execution of the annual salary review process
• Support the compensation module setup, including UAT and PROS testing in coordination with HRIS
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of compensation reporting, monitoring, and modeling tools
• Provide analytical support to regional Compensation & Benefits managers for specific projects
• Advise HR team members on fundamental compensation and benefits aspects
• Participate in reward-related projects such as grading, mobility, living wage, and pay equity initiatives

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline
• 6-9 years of professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C&B policy design and implementation in medium to large multinational organizations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Access
• Working experience using SAP
• Fluent command of English
• Ability to work onsite in Makati, Philippines
